President
SAGE Design – Build

For 15 years, Joe Landrigan has been president of Macungie-based SAGE Design – Build. In his role, Landrigan provides the firm’s strategic direction and models its leadership by example.

SAGE is a full service provider integrating “design and construction under one roof [to] take care of every last detail,” the company’s website said. A single point of contact streamlines the construction process and reduces client risk.

“I am actively engaged with our team in the details of every project – from concept to completion. Building trust with our clients and becoming their ‘go to’ for problem solving is what differentiates SAGE in the market,” Landrigan said.

From corporate offices to health care, manufacturing, logistics and warehouse facilities; retail, sports, fitness and automotive locations Sage renovated a 1900s Victorian building in 2024, located its offices there and celebrated the company’s growth with an open house event.

“Our guest’s presence reminding us of what a tremendous community we have behind us,” Landrigan said.
