President of Sage Design-Build, Joe Landrigan said he encourages his team to focus on being problem-solvers.  Although he has previously led by example, Landrigan is now taking a more laissez-faire approach, he said. “Our team has grown in the last few years and our level of expertise is now the best in the Lehigh Valley,” Landrigan said.
