SAGE revitalized a 1960s Sears building by removing the outdated façade and introducing a modern glass curtain wall with fiber cement panels. Collaborating with DX Dempsey for Fidelity Bank’s new Bethlehem Branch, SAGE helped create a progressive banking model that eliminates traditional teller lines, transforming the local banking experience in the Lehigh Valley.
Originally a 1960s Sears building, that was previously renovated exterior and office space in the 80’s. SAGE designed and constructed the new exterior and lobby – removing the existing front glass and metal panels and building a completely new modern glass curtain wall and fiber cement panel exterior. SAGE then teamed with the bank tenants’ architect, DX Dempsey, to construct the new Fidelity Bank Bethlehem Branch office. The “new bank concept” is a progressive banking model that eliminates the traditional teller lines introducing a transformative way of banking to the Lehigh Valley.
