SAGE was hired to renovate the existing lobby at 1 Windsor plaza, a four story 130,000sf office building. To bring this lobby up to class a standards, reviving a 20+ year old aesthetic The work involved all new large format porcelain tile floors, new ceiling configuration, energy efficient LED lighting, an elevator lobby consisting of a floating wood ceiling, large scale custom vinyl wall graphics that are a nod to the local historic Lehigh Valley rail road system. SAGE coordinated the successful installation of all furniture and décor as well.
