Ecopax hired SAGE as the Design-Builder for a major addition to their existing 175,000 SF facility in Forks Township, PA. Requirements for this project included a higher clear height to provide for more efficient storage capabilities by going with 28’ clear height. This, in conjunction with super-flat concrete floors, energy-efficient lighting, heating, and ventilation systems, made this project a success for Ecopax. This building addition provided the needed support to increase their manufacturing capacity within the same building footprint. Most notable for this project was the achievement of a very aggressive timeline that included an August 1st groundbreaking and move in before Christmas (less than 5 months including site-work).
