Originally a 1960s Sears building, SAGE teamed with architect DX Dempsey to breathe new life into this old building. We removed the existing front glass and metal panels and built a completely new modern glass curtain wall and with fiber cement panels on the exterior. Within, we constructed the new Fidelity Bank Bethlehem Branch office. Their “new bank concept” is a progressive banking model that eliminates the traditional teller lines introducing a transformative way of banking to the Lehigh Valley.
