First Keystone Community Bank transformed this 1951-era building into a contemporary, customer-focused branch. Overcoming challenges like a deteriorating drive-thru, SAGE completed the project in March 2023. The exterior facelift features new windows, landscaping, painted brick, limestone, and Nichia panels. Inside, a complete renovation preserved mid-century charm, blending historic details with a refreshed and modern design.

First Keystone Community Bank purchased this 1951 former bank building with a goal to transform the property into a modern, full-service customer focused bank branch.
SAGE addressed the challenges of renovating an older building, including a deteriorating drive thru structure and delivered on every detail completing construction in March 2023. This project included an exterior facelift – with all new windows, landscaping, painted brick, limestone, and Nichia panels as well as a complete interior renovation. Our team was able to pay homage to the original 1950’s structure by emphasizing the mid-century exterior with contrasting paint colors and materials.
This project represented a true transformation from an old dated building into the modern showpiece that First Keystone envisioned.
