This project located at 1417 Hanover Avenue in Allentown, PA was a 12,000 square foot new construction of a shell office medical building. It included an underground storm water detention basin, structural steel building, exterior metal, stud walls with brick and Dryvit and aluminum store front glass with decorative canopies with TPO roof. This building was being constructed for a national blood plasma donation tenant. The building started construction in November of 2019 and worked through the winter to complete the project in the Spring of 2020.
