This project was a comprehensive renovation of an 8000 square foot existing maintenance facility to accommodate Sunbelt Rentals needs of an office and machine maintenance shop. It included LED lighting upgrades and full office renovation as well as on the outside of the building providing a fully fenced in yard for equipment rental storage, a new roof and a building addition to accommodate an equipment wash bay, including a full recycling system.
