This is 6,000 square foot design-build project for a Federal Credit Union & Headquarters facility. SAGE created a stone and DRYVIT exterior with store front glazing, porcelain tile floors, standing seam metal roof, security features for entering the building, teller stations, conference rooms, office space and a vault. The HVAC consisted of gas fire roof top units, LED lighting, electric air conditioning, and high efficiency measures to exceed code requirements.
