SAGE Build-Design Inc. recently bought a Victorian-style building at 5740 Lower Macungie Road. SAGE, a commercial construction management company with a portfolio of work across many industries and specialties, completed the interior renovations are now occupy approximately half of the 4,875-square-foot building, according to NAI Summit. The other half, with private entrance, is available for lease. The sale was executed by NAI Summit’s Mike Adams, senior vice president, and Sarah Finney Miller, vice president, who represented the buyer and seller. The sale price was not disclosed. SAGE has engaged NAI Summit as their leasing agent for the 2,000 square feet that they will not occupy.
