Cantelmi E-Commerce SAGE partnered with 4/4 Architecture to construct this two story distribution center for Cantelmi Hardware’s E-Commerce venture. This small-scale multistory logistics facility was constructed on a tight urban site, designed with the aesthetic of the downtown region in mind. Warehouse and logistics facilities are typically built it in a less urban setting, on a greenfield surrounded by plenty of open space. This project however, was built on an under utilized parking lot positioned between a hardware store and a brewery. In admiring the exterior of the building, one would not expect it to be a warehouse. The modern architecture of the building speaks well to the surrounding businesses.  We are so honored to build this project for the Cantelmi Hardware Family. This dream could not have become reality without our incredible team of subcontractors, architect Gary Lader at 4/4 Architecture, Asher Schiavone at BEDCO, Kim Edwards abd Rob Mineo at SBDC, Gary Mauer at PSBT, as well as the City of Bethlehem.

HangDog Outdoor Adventure
HangDog Outdoor Adventure is the largest outdoor adventure course in the Northeast. The campus is compiled of 8 recycled shipping containers including a harness staging container, retail container, restroom, and bar container – home to HangDog Brewing Co. The facility offers an entertainment venue for live music, and a beer garden that welcomes leashed dogs.

This concept was brought to us by the owners of Lehigh Valley Grand Prix, and quickly came to life. In fact, HangDog’s signature colors were inspired by the owner’s dog collar. The creativity didn’t stop at the color palette, our team worked up a strategic site plan creating different zones or experiences within the park. In the shipping containers themselves, we found every square inch to be valuable real estate as we were working within the confines of shipping containers to develop the most advantageous floorplan for each space.  We are so honored to be a part of this project. This dream could not have become reality without our incredible team of subcontractors, as well as the team from Creative Like Us.

First Keystone Community Bank
First Keystone purchased this 1950’s former bank building with a goal to transform the property into a modern, full-service, customer focused branch. SAGE addressed the challenges of renovating an older building, including a deteriorating drive thru structure. This project included an exterior facelift – with all new windows, landscaping, painted brick, limestone, and Nichia panels as well as a complete interior renovation. Our team was able to pay homage to the original 1950’s structure by emphasizing the mid-century exterior with contrasting paint colors and materials. During construction, we found parts of the drive-thru structure were deteriorating and after stripping the structure down, we were able to breathe new life into the building as a whole. We are so honored to build this project for First Keystone Community Bank. This dream could not have become reality without our incredible team of subcontractors, Doug Kelly of Emerald Realty Group who sold the building to First Keystone and introduced them to SAGE, as well as the City of Bethlehem.
